into two cone shaped buns, her hair fans out wide on
either side, she has scarlet eyes and looks like a
smaller verion of Usagi.

(First, still child)Sailor Neo Moon: She gains the
white bodice with the pink sailor sash, only it's pale
pink, her skirt is white with pale pink and pale
silver trim, she has pipping around her waist, and the
ends of her white gloves that come to her forearms
which are pale pink and silver, she wears knee height
boots that lace up the front these are pale pink, she
has a transparent back bow that trails down to her
ankles this is silver, and a front bow that is also
pale pink, with her neo moon broach in the center. She
has the gems in her hair like before and the angel
pins in the front. She has a tiara with a pale pink
stone in the center. Her shoulder guards are three
transparent peices of cloth one over the other,
sticking out. She has dangling moon earrings.
(Second, preteen)Super Sailor Neo Moon: She still has the white bodice, with the pale pink sailor sash only now it fades to white in the back, her skirt is now all light pink and fades out to white on the bottom, there is just a faint hit of pale silver on the bottom edge. She has the bow in the back and it is shorter, to her knees, and still is silver. She has the same stones in her hair,and the front broach, her shoulder guards are like Saturns first ones. Her boots are longer than before. Her earrings now are two moons dangling.
(Final same age physcially of starlights)Eternal Sailor Neo Moon: She no longer has the white bodice and shoulder gaurds, her tiara is gone and in it's place is the crescent moon. Her hair no longer has the jewels in it but she gains small winglets in her hair, her sailor sash is now a transparent pink looking almost like crystal. Her top is akin to the starlights, but it's still white, it's a bikini with her broach in angel wings sitting in the center, She has a three layered skirt, the bottom layer is white, the second layer is a transparent silver, and the top layer is a transparent pink, looking like crystal. She has no back bow, but a belt around the middle of her waist, with a star and a moon in the center. Around her neck is a pale pink chocker with a moon and heart, inside of the heart is a star. She has gloves that come up to her biceps, and her boots come up to the middle or slightly higher on her thighs. Her glooves and boots are white. Her fuku is a cross between the starlights and the planetary senshi. Her earrings are now a heart with a multi pointed star haning down,and hanging form that is a moon.

Powers as Chibi Usa: Chibi Usa, like Mamoru, can sense
or see things about a person that are to happen or
about to happen. She knows where things have been just
by touching them, and can find people so long as they
are on her planet.

*Moon Tiara Illusion: Takes off her taira and throws
it. The disc of light shatters into thousands of rose
and cherry blossom petals confusing and hurting the
enemy.

to send out a purifying attack.
**Galatic Moonlight Blast: She holds out her hands
before her transformation broach and a glowing ball of
light appears she brings it up above her head and
spins around launching it out where it hits the enemy.
Looking like the moon was in her hands surrounded by
stars as it races forwards.
**Crystal Moon Beautiful Heartache! She spins the tier
around in front of her and then closes her hand over
the tier, spinning in the air she slowly lowers down
until she is kneeling, she stops and several small
hearts in beams of light surround the enemy, they
solidify and take out/and or heal the enemy.
***Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss! Same as her
mom's
***Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss! Same as her mom's
***Cosmic Moon Starlight Embrace! Neo Moon holds the
ginzuishou up and gathers the energy of all her
friends, into it. She then releases her own power, and
combines them, Releasing it in a powerful blast. (This
attack can combine both starlights and the planetry
senshi's power.)
6)History: For a year after her return Chibi Usa had been bored out of her mind. She wanted nothing more than to go back in time to be with the senshi agian. She was a whole year older and still 'small lady' her one dream was to grow up and become a beautiful lady like her mother, and a good friend like Sailor Moon. Looking up she saw Kalko's men come across the sky and towards the palace and almost wished she hadn't thought a moment ago was boring. Kalko overpowered the senshi, took over the palace and almost her family. Her mother had tried to stop him and found it useless, she had given her back the ability to transform telling her that she was the next Sailor Moon, "Sailor Neo Moon," along with the Lunar pen to keep her safe. She had to find the Nijizuishou and find a way to restore the Ginzuishou then defeat Kalko, along with reuniting the senshi. Chibi Usa now runs though the streets she once called home, once again afraid for her life, the last time she had been a child with the Ginzuishou inside of her, this time she was a full fledged senshi, in the middle of a war...she just wanted to go home... Additional info: As Chibi goes through the stages of transformation, whatever appears to be holding her back from growing disappears until she is a teenager. Chibi still has the Luna-p ball and calls it forth with "Luna sphere appear" And can make it do various things, by saying "Luna sphere kitty magic." (*indicates first transformation, **indicates second transformation, and ***indicates final transformation)
