3)Physical Appearance in Civilian Form: Hino Rei has pale skin, and

eyes. She has long, black hair that goes past her waist. She is of
average
height.
4)Physical Appearance in Superhero Form: The red sign of Mars appears
on
her forehead, and is in place of her tiara. Her sleeves are now three
transparent shoulderpads, similar to Super Sailormoon's shoulderpads.
Her
gloves are still white with the red astronaut cutoffs ending at her
elbows.
Her sailor skirt now had three layers: the first, red; the second,
purple;
the third, white. Her red high heels are still there, and so is the red
back
bow with long ribbons. The brooch on her front purple bow is red, but
star-shaped. She has two sets of earrings. The first set is the same
fancy
6-pointed, dangling stars she had in her Super form, and the second set
is
two normal stars that are just normal stud earrings. Her red choker
has the
purple sign of Mars on it.
5)Powers:
Transformed or not, Rei has the ability of prescience when she looks
into
her element of fire.
Mars Crystal Power ... Make up!
1. Fire Soul -- Mars put her hands tightly together, index fingers up
like a
temple. Deep in concentrating and gathering strength, she begins the
phrase
"Fire ..." then she unleashes a strong fireball-like attack that swirls
through the air at the enemy. Simultaneously, she finishes her command,
"...
Soul!"
2. Burning Mandala -- Mars yells "Burning ..." and surrounds herself
with
round spheres that shine. They turn into transparent circles that have
characters inside. Then Mars, as she yells, "... Mandala!" she blasts
out
sharp boomerang-like or blade-like attacks of fire.
3. Mars Flame Sniper -- Her right hand extended, she opens her palms
slightly, and the Mars symbol appears in a reddish-pink. Her Flame
Sniper
attack resembles her shooting an arrow from a bow of fire. The arrow is
a
fire attack that is swift and precise.
4. Magic spells -- In her senshi and non-senshi form, Rei/Mars has an
"ofuda" (or anti-evil paper scrolls with an inscription on them) she
uses to
ward off or expel evil spirits. As she places it on the enemy, she
yells,
"Akuryo Taisan!"
6)History: Hino Rei grew up under the guidance of her grandfather training to become a priestess at their Shinto shrine. When she found out she was Sailormars and met Usagi/Sailormoon, they soon became best friends despite that they spent half their time together arguing. As Sailormars, she fought beside the other senshi in the battles and helped guard Crystal Tokyo. When she was not fighting as a soldier, Rei did go on to become a priestess at her shrine, but lost it when Crystal Tokyo was purged.
